100% Refund
- Cancellation Before Sample Production: If you cancel your order before Sample Production begins, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Production Start Time: We will send you a free visual design proof for approval before production begins. Only after you approve the design will we proceed with production.
- Delivery Delays: If we cannot deliver your order on time, you will receive a full refund.
Exceptions:
- 1. If you change the delivery address after your order has been dispatched, causing a delay, no refund will be issued.
- 2. If delays are caused by late approval of the visual design, a refund will not apply.
Partial Refund
- Cancellation During Production: If you cancel your order after production has started, a partial refund will be issued.
- Quality Issues: For products with quality defects, we will either refund the cost of the defective items or re-make them at no additional cost.
- Third-Party Errors: If a third-party company (e.g., FedEx, DHL) causes delivery delays, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

You can submit a refund request to your sales representative, who will verify and process the refund.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days after receiving the package. The refund amount will typically arrive in your account within 3-5 business days.
